The second phase of the JBDC’s Mobile Business Clinic ended recently with a three-day tour of Eastern Jamaica.

This captured the parishes of St. Mary, Portland and St. Thomas.

Approximately 68 entrepreneurs benefited from the expert business development advice and training provided by JBDC and its partners during the respective six-hour sessions.

Among the topics covered were ‘Business as easy as 1-2-3’, Basic Money Matters and Navigating the Digital Space.

Participants were also inspired by an Entrepreneur from each parish who was featured in the Entrepreneur’s Journey. The Entrepreneur’s Journey highlights some of the challenges and pitfalls of the specific entrepreneur on his or her journey to success and recognition. It takes the format of a discussion and interview in which valuable insights are presented to those in attendance. Below are some pictorial highlights from each parish:
