In compliance with the Jamaica Data Protection Act and its relevant regulations, we may collect personal data related to children, only as necessary to facilitate the provision of internship programs and for insurance benefits if the child is a child of a JBDC employee. We do not knowingly solicit, receive or process personal data related to children for any other purpose.
Log Files
Jamaica Business Development Corporation follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. This is done by hosting companies and is part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring or exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
