Chantol Dormer

Chantol Dormer is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. She has acquired years of project management experience, working with private sector, government, and international donors. Chantol is also a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a BSc in Management Studies (Accounting) and a MSc in Development Studies from the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES).

Her mantra is all projects; large or small must have proper financial planning, risk management, project oversite to ensure seamless execution. She believes project management is a skill that can benefit everyone and can be applied to our daily lives as we maneuver challenges and create suitable solutions to resolve them over a specified period of time.

As a new addition to the JBDC family, her vision is to increase its partnerships and provide strategic project management support.
