Kimberly J. Morrison Mirander is an Attorney-at-Law and experienced Legal Counsel specialising in Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Public Procurement Law, Employment Law, and Corporate Governance. Her in-depth knowledge of corporate and government regulations makes her a strong negotiator with proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate effectively while managing complex workloads.

Her experience spans ten (10) years, having interned at the Attorney-General’s Chambers and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and has served as Clerk of Courts, Kingston & St. Andrew Family Court and Legal Counsel and Policy Officer at the Public Procurement Commission. She is currently the Senior Legal Officer at the Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC), where she plays a critical role in providing strategic legal support that drives compliance, efficiency and organisational growth.
