PASHIQUE PALMER-WILLIAMS is a millennial stalwart that has a love for all things Human Resources.
Currently the Manager of Human Resource Management & Development, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Labour and Employment Relations from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
She was awarded the UWI Township Challenge Scholarship in 2012 and won the Jamaica Employer’s Federation Prize in 2015.
She has been a Senior Human Resource practitioner in the GOJ public sector since 2017 and joined the JBDC team in May 2022. Mrs. Palmer-Williams has oversight for the human resources portfolio which includes recruitment and selection, compensation of benefits, staff welfare and engagement, performance benefits and benefits administration.
Pashique is committed to doing her part in ensuring that the mission of the JBDC is realised through the continual development, engagement and motivation of the staff.
