Returns and Other Obligations

This Event gives an introduction to the statutory returns a company must make, including Companies Registration Office annual filings and the various forms of tax return to be made to the Revenue Commissioners.

• Information Obligations
  Following incorporation, a company is legally obliged to keep certain records and to make various statutory notifications to the Companies Registration Office, in addition to annual returns.
  

• Taxation Returns
  This section discusses the various types of tax returns which are made by business. It also provides an introduction to the Revenue Online Service (ROS).

• Statistical Returns
  This section provides information regarding the obligation of the business community to provide VIES and Intrastat statistical returns, and an overview of the National Data Microsite.
