Objective
The overall goal of the Project is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life in inner city Kingston through the design and implementation of strategies for the regeneration of poor communities. The purpose of the Project is to enhance the social and economic welfare of the communities in the depressed Central Kingston neighbourhood.
